List of Top 10 Supermarkets in India in 2025:

The last two decades have witnessed rapid growth of the supermarket sector in India because of the increase in urbanization, shift in consumer preferences and technological growth. These supermarkets ranging from large private retail chains to government run canteens stock goods such as groceries and health products at affordable prices. These retailers have captured the Indian Market with hypermarkets, online shopping as well as physical stores even in rural areas.

1. Reliance Fresh

From 2006 onwards Reliance Fresh, the grocery retail arm of Reliance Retail has completely changed the face of retailing in India.
