1. Pavel Durov – $11 billion

Pavel Durov is the creator of Telegramm, a messaging platform. He owns over 70 percent of it’s shares, making him very rich.

2. M.A Yusuff Ali – $5.2 billion

Yusuffali M.A owns Lulu Group which is one of the Middle East’s leading retail chains. He is also an investor which makes his estimated net worth $5.2 billion.

3. Micky Jagtiani – $5 billion

Micky Jagtiani has earned his billions through retail business (what type?) This Indian boy stands at third position among the richest men in Dubai for 2024 with an estimated net worth of $5 billion.

4. Hussain Sajwani – $4.2 billion

Hussain Sajwani is known for having great real estate investments and stands fourth among this list as one of the top 10 richest people in Duba for 2024 . His property development company DAMAC Properties has helped him become very rich- His company is responsible for luxury villas, apartments, and hotel rooms throughout the Arab country. His wealth is estimated to be around $4.2 Billion in 2024 thanks to his smart investments across different industries like hospitality, property development, leisure, and financial services.

5. Mohammed Al-Maktoum – $4 billion

The crown prince of Dubai is Mohammed Al-Maktoum. He has a large investment porfolio as he is the ruler of Dubai. This makes him extremely wealthy with an estimated net worth of  $4 billion.

6. Ravi Pillai – $3.2 billion

Ravi Pillai made his money through construction and hospitality sectors to secure a spot on this list at number six among richest people in Dubai for 2024 . His wealth is estimated to be around $3.2 billion.

7. Abdulla bin Ahmad Al Ghurair – $3.1 billion

Abdulla Bin Ahmad Al Ghurair created one of the Middle East’s largest financial organisations (Mashreq Bank). He owns over 80 companies in the UAE, Europe, and the United States which helped make a net worth of  $3.1 billion.

8. Sunny Varkey – $3 billion

Sunny Varkey is a philanthropist and entrepreneur who made his fortune through the GEMS Education Group. His net worth is set to increase by $3 billion in 2024 due to his investments in other businesses such as education, hotels, and healthcare.

9. BR Shetty – $2.6 billion

B R Shetty, an Indian-born billionaire, has a net worth of $2.6 billion in 2024. Shetty is the founder and Chairman of NMC Health, one of UAE’s largest healthcare providers. He also has investments in retail, hospitality, construction, and real estate.

10. Abdulla Futtaim – $2.4 billion

Abdulla Al Futtaim’s net worth was estimated at $2.4 billion back in 2024, earning him the tenth spot among Dubai’s richest individuals list. The Al Futtaim Group CEO controls shopping malls, auto dealerships, and other commercial businesses in the Middle East region.
